Authors can use IEEE word format With ‘Times New Roman’ font style and font size of 10,line spacing of 1 and the 70 point margin on all sides, authors can easily get started the submission proceedings. Headings (up to 3 levels) should be clearly marked and numbered. Also, if there tables and diagrams included, these should be placed within the body of the paper near the text that refers to them with appropriate title and table/figure number. References should follow APA style.
