Manuscripts are accepted on the condition that they have not been previously written, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere, and that if the work has obtained official support, it has been released for open publication. If copyrighted material is used, the author must obtain and submit a copyright release with the manuscript. Two independent reviewers peer review all of the journal’s articles. If both reviewers’ reviews are favorable, approval is given. A title, abstract, keywords, author(s) and affiliation(s), and email address must be included in all submissions (es).
